Glenn joined the Storrow Kinsella Associates planning and design studio in Indianapolis. in March 2010. Glenn’s expertise in both architecture and community development strategies combine to round out the Storrow Kinsella studio team’s comprehensive approach to the planning and design of community places and their connections. He joins a tightly integrated organization of expert urban and system planners, landscape architects, urban designers, and engineers dedicated to innovative solutions in the public realm. Glenn’s presence will expand that client base to include private sector initiatives that are supportive of the public good, that condition being a core value of the SKA ethos.

Glenn’s past six years as Principal for Planning with Development Concepts Inc. has been characterized by multiple successful community development strategic planning efforts. That expertise couples with his equally successful 30 years of architectural experience to further strengthen SKA’s planning and design of significant urban spaces, their supporting infrastructure and multimodal transportation systems, and the architectural form and function of the public and private structures that define them as living places.

Glenn’s community development expertise supports SKA’s strong position in the planning and design of public spaces and systems. His core discipline of architecture supports SKA’s architecture-derived approach to urban design, and will allow fuller expression of that art and craft in the work of the studio. His experience as a strategic planning facilitator and project leader will support SKA’s creative approach to project development as a resource to client agency project programming and funding processes.
