Andrew has merged his academic pursuits in engineering
process, linguistics, and community planning to serious applications and
solid achievements as a former Planning Director in Massachusetts and as
founder/director of Sustainable West Virginia, as an active member
of the Congress for New Urbanism (CNU), LEED-ND (neighborhood
development), and the American Planning Association. He brings that
expertise and energy to SKA and the studio's significant public work.
Andrew excels in distilling cutting edge theory down to real world
problem-solving using analytic tools, experience-based insight, and a
philosophical commitment to positive change in the built environment.
