Pennsy Trail The Pennsy Trail will be designed and constructed according to the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) uniform standards for bicycle and pedestrian facilities.
		The trail system will also fully comply with the Americans with Disabilities act (ADA), and adhere to the standards of accessibility set by statute for all public accommodations, spaces, and transportation facilities.
		In addition to these regulatory standards, the trail will also adhere to design standards established by the Indy Parks Greenways system.
