French Lick Town Center Vision The Vision for the French Lick Town Center is to develop a vibrant and vital downtown that contributes to the "World Class Resort Destination" identity.
French Lick Town Center Overview The Town Center is designed to be an extension of the town and create a true (to the greatest extent possible) "sense of place".
It is intended to build upon the positive aspects of the current town plan, uses, spaces and relationships. The plan will capitalize upon the historic French Lick Hotel and Resorts position in the community and the new Casino, The Town Center and the plan for the town center will support a variety of uses through mixed-use development integrating retail, service, civic, institutional and residential uses.
