IMPLEMENTATION PHASE

Purpose: To prepare a "deliverable" that summarizes the Development Strategy for the purpose of implementing development on "short-listed" opportunity sites.

The planning phase defined funding sources and uses; assigned roles and responsibilities to the appropriate public and private sector partners; and proposed a plan for marketing the redevelopment opportunities to these partners.
