IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

The City of Indianapolis has completed the planning process
which outlines an
economically feasible vision and development oriented strategy for the UNWA District.
Emphasis was placed on gauging how available TIF funds
should be allocated, or used to leverage other funding sources, as a
method for changing investment patterns for the UN
The first phase of implementation will be visible next
Spring. Shown below is a representation of the MLK/30th Street Gateway
Tower unveiled on November 14, 2009.
