Constructability and sustainability in the tough urban environment requires knowledge of infrastructure, maintenance operations, user safety and accessibility, life cycles of materials, cost of materials and construction, and construction methods.

The bicycle and pedestrian trail is concrete edge-banded and paved with hexagonal asphalt pavers at trailhead entries and at street adjacencies.  It is fully ADA compliant.
