Evansville Downtown Riverfront

Storrow Kinsella Associates provided construction observation services to assist the full-time construction engineer.  Regular progress meetings were held that included the Evansville/Vanderbugh Levee Authority, City Engineer, Board of Public Works, the design firms, and Contractor.

High flood waters force construction on Dress Plaza to stop. The deteriorated concrete ramp has been removed and the levee wall prepared to receive the serpentine wall and tiered seating.

Construction activities move to the Esplanade level.  Shown here is preparation of concrete forms for one of the three overlooks in the levee wall.
